Currently, Bates offers delivery to up to 60 countries around the world.
Shipping Is Free of Charge
The order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed, Bates is not responsible for import duties and taxes in destination countries.
The customer will be responsible for paying such import duties and taxes.
Bates has no control over these charges and we cannot estimate their amount; the customer is obliged to obtain special permission for importation according to local laws.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, products received from multiple orders will be combined in the same package.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The supplier Decouples 48 working hours to manage orders and in any case, orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. Due to the intensity of the season, the shipment time may take up to 2 business days.
The customer will be given the tracking number for each order at the time of shipment.
The products will be delivered to the address indicated in the special field at the checkout. In case the buyer is not available at the time of delivery, a note will be left to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is received.
